Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped from Italy.
Our delivery costs are flat and there are no extra costs at delivery.
UPS is our courier for all shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our Italian warehouse.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make one delivery attempt to the shipping address indicated while placing the order. Should this not be possible the parcel will be delivered to the nearest UPS Access Point.
Please note that the courier does not deliver on National holidays.
The Italian Warehouse will be closed on:
- January 1st (New Year’s Day)
- January 6th (Epiphany)
- April 17th (Easter Monday)
- April 25th (Liberation Day)
- May 1st (Labor Day)
- June 2nd (Republic Day)
- August 15th (Assumption of Mary)
- November 1st (All Saints)
- December 8th (Feast of the Immaculate Conception)
- December 25th (Christmas Day)
- December 26th (St. Stephen’s Day)
Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
At this time we are able to ship orders to over 100 countries around the world. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Orders made from a different country site than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled. Please select the correct country site for your order from the link in the corner of every page.
From time to time, CYPRIS runs free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up to CYPRIS News. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page.
Deliveries are made by UPS during working hours from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays. After the first failed delivery attempt, the courier will take your package to the nearest UPS Access Point, if there is one in your area. You will receive a UPS InfoNotice and an email with all the instructions and information required for pick up. If, however, there is no Access Point in your area, the courier will attempt to deliver a further two times, after which the package will be returned to our warehouse.
To pick up your order from the UPS Access Point, you must produce valid proof of identity. If you are unable to collect the package in person, you may delegate another person, who must have with them:
- a letter of delegation
- his/her own valid proof of identity
- a copy of your valid proof of identity.
If the package is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued.
Alternatively, you may contact the courier directly to agree a second delivery, at no additional cost.
